NYSE Euronext won't oppose MBE stake sale-sources

(Reuters) - The second source said, "Borsa Italiana has received a
letter from Euronext in which it acknowledged exercise of the
call and suggested meeting soon to negotiate a fair value for
the operation."




Borsa Italiana and Euronext declined comment.
