EU approves AIG's buy of Bulgarian phone company

(Reuters) - "Accordingly, no competition concerns would arise as a
consequence of the proposed transaction," the European Union's
top antitrust regulator said in a statement.




AIG has previously owned telecom operators in Romania and
Slovakia.
