UPDATE 1-CCS Medical sees $14-$16/shr price range for IPO

(Reuters) - Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs & Co., Wachovia Securities
and Raymond James were underwriting the IPO, the medical supply
management company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission.




The company, which has applied for a Nasdaq listing under
the symbol "CCSM," has given the underwriters an option to buy
up to an additional 1.5 million shares to cover allotments.

UPDATE1-Genpact sees $16-$18/share price band for 35.3 mln IPO

(Reuters) - Genpact is offering about 17.6 million shares in the IPO,
while some stockholders are offering the remaining shares, the
company said in an amended filing with the U.S Securities and
Exchange Commission.




Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Wachovia Securities,
Merrill Lynch & Co., Banc of America Securities, Credit Suisse,
Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Investment Bank were
underwriting the IPO, Bermuda based Genpact said.

UPDATE 2-Prudential to keep Wachovia joint venture for now

(Reuters) - Wachovia said in May that it would buy regional broker A.G.
Edwards Inc. for $6.8 billion, creating the
second-largest U.S. retail broker. The move required
Prudential, which now owns a 38 percent stake in the venture,
to make a decision.




Newark, New Jersey-based Prudential said it would exercise
its "lookback" option, which allows it to delay a decision for
up to two years following the combination. It can then add
additional capital, sell its stake back to Wachovia or accept a
reduced stake in the venture.

UPDATE 1-Beauty retailer Ulta files for $115 million IPO

(Reuters) - The beauty retailer said in a registration statement with
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that JPMorgan,
Wachovia Securities, Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, Cowen and Co.,
and Piper Jaffray are underwriting the IPO.




Ulta said it is applying to list its stock on the Nasdaq
under the symbol "ULTA" .
