Thomas & Betts to buy Danaher's power quality unit for $280 mln

(Reuters) - For 2007, the acquisitions will contribute about $70
million to revenue and have a negligible net impact on earnings
per share due to the amortization of acquisition-related
intangible assets, the company said in a statement.
